Orus' printing defect proofing system takes a single file containing
the digital master and then scans the entire sheet to make sure
each occurence is identical to your customer's approved file.
The distributed architecture of the PL Proof Series can greatly
increase the processing burden this system can take.

Multiple processing stations can process information in parallel
while a complete sheet is being scanned.

The system, can find occurences anywhere on the entire sheet even if the occurence is rotated 90°, 180° or 270°.

Once each occurence is located, the comparison with the master can detect missing letters, wrong patterns, missing dots, and more.
