Keep an eye on your production
Falcom is the human-machine interface that controls the automated product inspection process. In a glimpse of an eye, the operator knows which product is selected, which lot number has been entered and what is the current reject rate. FalCOM gives the operator all the necessary diagnosis tools to help prevent problems before they occur.

Control your process better
In a quick and easy way, the main screen statistics section shows to the operator the defects distribution (i.e. why the product was rejected). The operator then know what are the main causes of rejects and will take the necessary actions to help reduce the overall reject rate.

With FalCOM, there is no such thing as a black box. You know what the system is doing at all time so you don't make any blind diagnosis of your production line based on false information. Basically you see what the system is seeing and you can adjust parameters, create new products, create new profiles, modify tolerances real-time at any time.

Results
Using this tab, the operator can consult the production data in real-tim and analyse means and main reject causes. Graphs, trends, means, standard deviation and a full set of statistical tools give a complete quality diagnosis of the production.

Tolerances
With the appropriate rights, an operator can modify individually each check that is done on the product. The operator will set the minimum and maximum outside which the product will be rejected.

Reports
With the appropriate rights, an operator can visualize, print, export or delete data from the production database. Data generation can be filtered by date, product, operator, etc.

Images
With this tab, the operator can visualize one-by-one, all the rejected products and see more in details why they were considered "bad" products.
